RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition & returned within 28 days of delivery (extra time is allowed for orders outside of the UK.)
The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Postage paid when placing the order is NOT refunded.
Refunds are processed within 2 working days once the item has been received back & checked.
Return shipping labels are not provided.
FAULTY ITEMS If on the rare occasion your order develops a fault, please contact me via email at studiotew@gmail.com. Faults are covered up to 6 weeks after the purchase date.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at studiotew@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us in original, unused condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at studiotew@gmail.com.
